Role Objective: Join our clients Customer Service Scheduling and delivery team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their Field and Contact Centre operations. You will collaborate with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, local planning authorities, and customers to ensure our field operations are timely and accurate across our region.
As a Customer Service, Schedule & Delivery Technician, you will manage the workflow for our field operatives and technicians in real-time, ensuring they receive the right work at the right time.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Schedule customer-appointed and proactive work for our field technicians and repair crews.
2. Liaise with customers, highway authorities, and local operational teams to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with local regulations.
3. Keep customers informed about the status of their work requests, explaining the necessary steps to ensure their satisfaction.
