The Role
A Manager with a focus on Oracle Controls within the team would typically be responsible for delivering all Oracle service lines as part of the ERP & Business Systems team. This includes developing new business from existing clients and prospects, building relationships with blue chip organizations, and establishing expertise in assurance and consulting support.
Responsibilities
* Leading multiple Oracle assurance and advisory engagements.
* Managing the overall output from client engagements.
* Overseeing scoping, financial management, risk management, and review of deliverables.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients at CIO, CFO, and Head of Internal Audit levels.
* Developing internal networks and promoting Oracle capabilities within KPMG.
* Expanding Oracle services in specific segments like B2C and B2B.
* Coaching and developing team members and training the wider Technology Risk Consulting team.
* Leading product development and innovation in Oracle GRC, data, and analytics technologies.
* Identifying and progressing business development opportunities, responding to RFPs, managing bids, and client presentations.
Experience and Background
* Experience in Oracle business analysis and core financial processes within an Oracle environment.
* Experience with ERP and business systems like SAP and Oracle.
* Functional experience with Oracle GRC and Financials.
* Experience with Oracle Release 12 and Oracle Fusion is advantageous.
* Experience with Oracle data analysis tools.
* Understanding of supporting technology platforms.
* Ability to present industry topics to large groups.
* Knowledge of system risks and controls.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Ability to deliver within tight deadlines and budgets.

* Significant industry or professional services experience.
* Oracle Certifications are desirable.
This role requires specific Oracle controls experience, including delivering Oracle process controls and assurance services. The candidate will engage in client-facing activities and build relationships across a range of corporate clients.
