We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrator to become a part of our client’s team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless workflow while delivering top-notch service to customers and healthcare professionals. This position demands excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to upholding high standards of service and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Handle telephone calls promptly and professionally, addressing general inquiries and customer orders.
Take detailed messages and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate colleague.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records.
Request and process prescriptions in a timely manner as required.
Build meaningful and positive working relationships with customers.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge.
Address and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.

Capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment.

Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrates accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
Has prior experience working with databases.
Brings at least three years of customer service experience
