The Franklin Hotel is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to join our team, led by the internationally acclaimed Chef Alfredo Russo.
You will have the chance to work alongside our talented head chef, Roberto Roncolato. Originally from Italy, Roberto previously held positions in various 1 and 2-Michelin-starred establishments, including La Taverna di Colloredo di Montalbano and DeGusto. In the UK, Roberto worked at The Langley in Berkshire, part of the Luxury Collection Hotels, Gordon Ramseys three-star Michelin establishment, Restaurant Gordon Ramsey, and Texture restaurant. Along with his experience comes a passion for fostering and nourishing the culinary traditions of Italy, both at the head of The Franklin Restaurant by Alfredo Russo and at La Trattoria by Alfredo Russo at The Pelham Hotel.
Chef de Partie duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Previous Kitchen Experience in Restaurants or Hotels
Great organization and communication skills
Positive attitude and enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team
