You will coordinate with the project site team, laboratory subcontractors, client inspectors, and the supply chain to ensure that the works are delivered according to specifications and design requirements. Your role includes on-site coaching and training for the delivery team to help them understand processes and requirements, supervising testing, reviewing results, and reporting compliance in preparation for quality sign-off and handover.Key Duties:
1. Work as part of an existing material engineering team and on-site laboratory facilities.
2. Ensure material compliance is prioritised in the delivery of works to achieve "right first time."
3. Communicate with the delivery team and subcontractors to ensure full understanding of material management and controls.
4. Be proactive in preventing substandard works by coaching and providing training to the delivery team and supply chain.
