What You’ll Be Doing: Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with the business objectives. Performance Marketing: Lead ROI-focused campaigns across paid search, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, with data-driven optimisation. Social Media: Drive engagement and brand awareness through innovative content and targeted campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. CRM & Customer Journey: Enhance customer engagement and retention with effective CRM strategies and tools, driving loyalty and lifetime value. Email Marketing: Create and optimise email campaigns to maximise impact and conversions, using data to personalise and refine communications. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members and external partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Budget Management: Manage and maximise the digital marketing budget, delivering measurable results. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience, presenting insights and results to senior leadership. About you: Minimum 5 years’ hands-on B2C digital marketing experience, with expertise in performance marketing and CRM. Proven success managing social media campaigns and driving digital strategies in the B2C space. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Travel or tour operator marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
