Unique opportunity to join a reputable E&P business, supporting the UK Business Unit’s HR function with HR data analysis, reporting and project improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and excel in HRIS management, data accuracy and HR metrics.
Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
1. Developing and driving delivery of project improvement initiatives on HRIS system and data provision to the HR function and UK business unit.
2. Collating reporting requirements, building reports and scheduling delivery of data reporting/dashboards for HR and Line Managers.
3. Responsible for developing, building and running a suite of audit reports to verify data accuracy.
4. Working with the HR Team to highlight data verification issues and train and document the team on any corrective changes.
5. Coordinating completion and maintenance of HRC Team guidance document on processes, documentation and HRIS input.
6. Seeking to automate and simplify processes with the systems team to improve data provision to HR and business.
7. Developing monthly and quarterly HR metric reports and statistics.
8. Responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting of exit interview data.
9. Preparing and collating headcount and manpower planning metrics.
10. Supporting drafting of HR plans to support delivery of key HR projects and collating metrics throughout the year on HR plans and budgets to assist with keeping approved activities on track.
11. Providing general administration HR support to the UKBU HR function.
12. Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your Manager.

1. Demonstrable experience in supporting HR activities within the energy sector.
2. Strong experience in collating, structuring and analysing data.
3. Experience in compiling evidence-led data to support decisions.
4. Highly organised, numerate, with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with all stakeholders.
6. IT skills literate with knowledge of, and ability to competently use HR database systems and all other internal systems and databases.
