The Role
You’ll be the voice of iTAB across all social platforms, growing our community, creating engaging content, and building relationships with our event partners and ambassadors. This dynamic role blends creativity, communication, and strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will contribute to the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across social media, content, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Growth
* Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & Strava.
* Grow iTAB’s social media audience and increase engagement.
* Foster relationships with runners, event partners, and ambassadors.
* Engage with and monitor partner social media channels, ensuring iTAB actively interacts with events and their communities.
* Monitor and report on additional event partner event newsletter comms and website promotion of iTAB.
* Identify and collaborate with social media ambassadors, and develop influencer program
Content Creation & Campaigns
* Create engaging and innovative content including videos, images, and copy to promote iTAB and celebrate athlete achievements.
* Alongside the Marketing Manager, develop strategic content strands to drive engagement, website traffic and brand awareness.
* Implement and manage campaign calendars, and work with event partners to amplify iTAB’s reach.
* Encourage and curate user-generated content, including race day testimonials and celebratory moments.
* Support Marketing Manager with additional content for email campaigns, website and print.
Performance Tracking & Paid Media
* Monitor social media metrics and provide insights to improve content strategies.
* Produce and present monthly and annual reporting on social media campaigns and account performance
* Maintain brand reputation by monitoring and responding to feedback.
