Salary: 55,000- 64,000

About the Role:
My client is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join their team. This site-based role involves overseeing a project, focusing on new builds (extensions) and refurbishments.
Projects are valued between 3M- 7M across the public, retail, commercial, and education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight: Manage and oversee new build and refurbishment projects valued at 5M+.
2. Site: Be present on-site to ensure smooth project execution, as this role is not office-based.
3. Sector Experience: Apply your extensive experience across different sectors such as retail, commercial, NHS, and education.
4. Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
5. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the construction industry with experience across various sectors.
2. Qualifications: Ideally SMSTS and First Aid qualified.
3. Location: Based in Stoke, Staffordshire, Warrington, Oldham, or Stockport.
4. Background: Ability to take a 5M project from inception to completion.
