* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and shape business/brand in UK & Europe for accelerated growth.
* Lead senior-level negotiations and develop customer-specific strategy.
* Manage a team and grow own skills.
Requirements:
* Experience in Sales Director/Head of role or equivalent.
* Background in Convenience/Foodservice.
* Excited about working with a growing brand.
* Asset management experience ideal but not essential.
* Breadth of experience outside of sales ideal.
Offer: £100k - £120k plus benefits package, with circa 3 days in Berkshire HQ.
