I am currently working with a highly reputable Domiciliary Care provider in Birmingham, established for 10 years, who are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to help continue the success and growth they have achieved. This company works with Local Authorities, which makes up almost 80% of their business, with the other 20% being privately funded. You will be supported in this role by a dedicated team to help you achieve your goals.
What's on offer:
1. £32,000-£36,000
2. Up to 32 days annual leave.
3. Continual support from Head Office.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
1. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors.
2. To promote the service on social media and in the community to increase new client referrals.
3. To manage relationships with stakeholders.
4. To manage the business' compliance.
5. To manage clients' care plans and ensure safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
6. To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
7. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Experience in Domiciliary Care Management for at least 1 year; preferable to have been involved in a CQC inspection.
2. Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
3. Must have a UK Driving Licence.
