Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients in a safe, effective, and compassionate manner.
2. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care plans for patients.
3. Administer medications, monitor progress, and assist with clinical procedures.
4. Provide support to patients with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or other complex needs.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with Trust policies.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
7. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and contribute to team learning.
8. On occasion acting as the Nurse in Charge, providing quality leadership to services.

What We're Looking For?
1. Particularly Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability with scope for General Nurses with interest and experience in services provided by the Trust.
2. All applicants must be NMC registered as a nurse.
3. Experience in mental health, learning disability or other relevant clinical areas.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient care.
5. Ability to work flexibly, which may include nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as per the needs of the Trust.
