Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of three websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional and user-friendly.
* Manage & maintain the eCommerce store, ensuring smooth transactions, secure payment processing, and an excellent customer experience.
* Regular collaboration with third party agencies to oversee website management, reporting, and development.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business’ requirements and the impacts to the site architecture.
* Utilise GA, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to analyse performance and implement effective strategies.
* Take ownership of the SEO across each site, ensuring all content is optimised to improve searchability.
* Manage the live chat functionality and work closely with the sales teams.
* Maintain website security measures in line with compliance requirements.
* Work with internal teams on any development and integration requirements.
* Oversee the annual web maintenance budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
* Work closely with the marketing and design teams on the implementation of website updates and promotions.
Skills & Experience
* Previous Website Management experience, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
* Proficiency in managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other Google platforms.
* Previous experience working within a CMS e.g. Wordpress, Wix, etc.
* Knowledge of website security and experience in managing payment tools.
* Previous experience of managing chatbots/live chats would be beneficial.
* Ability to work cohesively with 3rd party agencies, and strong project management skills.
* Proactive & detail-oriented approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Experience in Customer Portal management is desirable but not essential.
