RME Consultants is delighted to be working with this reputable client based in Oxford, who is looking for a forward-thinking individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator.
Role: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for the Customer Service Administrator:
* Manage Client Records: Organise and maintain both digital and physical client files, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
* Answer Calls and Emails: Handle incoming enquiries, direct them to the appropriate staff, and provide updates to clients as needed.
* Billing and Invoicing: Prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
* Order Office Supplies: Ensure necessary supplies are stocked and available, placing orders when stock is low.
* Assist with Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation for directors as required for client meetings, or conferences.
* Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure that all client and project information is kept confidential, in compliance with firm policies.
Experience Required for the Customer Service Administrator:
* Atleast 1 years experience in an office based environment
* Can do attitude
* Computer literate
* Excellent organisation skills
* Team player
