1. Executive Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
2. Correspondence Management: Monitor and respond to communications across all platforms, including email, social media, and the company website.
3. Office & Supplier Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, liaise with suppliers, and manage third-party contracts to ensure smooth business operations.
4. Client & Candidate Coordination: Handle client and candidate interactions, scheduling interviews and managing queries professionally.
5. Resourcing Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, identifying potential talent for key roles.
