Salary: Competitive, based on experience My client are on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused 3rd Line IT Support Consultant to join their growing team This is a dynamic role combining remote, office, and on-site support across Oxfordshire and the Midlands. You'll be part of a friendly, fast-moving team, handling BAU support, major projects, and technical leadership. What Youll Be Doing: ? Deliver top-tier customer service always ? Provide expert on-site, remote, and phone support ? Manage and improve IT processes, infrastructure, and security ? Lead and implement major IT projects ? Research, test, and evaluate emerging technologies ? Act as an escalation point for 1st & 2nd line support ? Work with 3rd-party vendors to resolve complex issues ? Keep documentation sharp and up-to-date ? Mentor and guide junior team members What They're Looking For: ? Essential Skills: Strong communication and customer service mindset Proven troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V Networking (VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, WatchGuard, Meraki, Ubiquiti, VOIP) Security solutions (Sophos, Cisco Umbrella) Hardware support (Dell, HP, Lenovo) A full UK driving licence ? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Degree in IT or related field 4 years in a similar role (preferably MSP) MCSA, Azure, or Microsoft 365 certifications ITIL Foundation VMware vSphere, SAN, iSCSI experience Why Join? ??
