As a Catering Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing an efficient, high-quality, and dedicated food and beverage service to our patients, visitors, and staff in the hospital.
Currently, there are two food and beverage sections in the hospital which are overseen by the Catering Team and then there are the wards themselves.

Kitchen will involve preparing and serving breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, ensuring a clean and tidy environment and operating the dishwashing machine to process crockery and cutlery.
Wards will require understanding the devised menus and communicating with patients regarding their menu choices, acting on any dietary requests for additional/alternative food or beverage requirements. Additionally, you will need to inform staff of any patient who has refused or not eaten much of their meal for onward management.
