Key Responsibilities
* Maximising all sales opportunities via email, telephone and face-to-face
* Learn and understand the companies product range to promote new products, up-sell, and cross sell
* Effectively use questions and actively listen to understand the customer's requirements
* Work to achieve agreed sales and growth targets
* Develop effective working relationships with team members
* Delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty (go the "extra mile")
* Have empathy for a customer's problem and think "outside the box" to offer achievable solutions
* Engage with our customers to maximise sales return
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a sales/client facing role
* Previous experience working to KPIs/targets
* Able to work well under pressure
* Effective and confident communicator - clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Confident in challenging both internal and external stakeholders
* Good team player
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
