a celebration of asian food brought wagamama to life we’re looking for a technology product manager to join us on our continuous journey of true nourishment purpose | you will have a passion for hospitality, aiding in delivering significant improvements to the restaurant technology landscape within wagamama.
this role will help to ensure that our technology is reliable, easy to use, effective and will improve operational roles in wagamama to ensure best practice you will report into the restaurant tech product manager and will work to support both project and bau workstreams which involve the epos and restaurant technology system’s.
key accountabilities | work closely with projects that impact the pos and restaurant tech .
track and provide weekly reports to update key stakeholders on progress of small works related to projects.
support the wagamama operations team in delivering any changes that are required.
attend regular meetings with the wagamama menu team to help support the menu change process.
understand and review all areas of discounting –promotions – clearing historic data and ensuring future offers are delivered successfully take the lead on key support issues by working closely with oracle and the managed service provider to deliver swift resolution and analysis, as well as provide regular updates to the business – ensuring key sla’s are maintained and tracked lead on testing new menu changes, configuration changes and new discounts prior to launch date, highlighting areas of concern and putting in place steps to mitigate any future challenges aid in testing new technologies within the wagamama test lab such as handhelds collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to identify where service can be improved through our use of technology.
