National Sales Manager (UK)
Basic salary - Up to £60k
Car allowance - £6500
Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a fantastic engineering company that provides maintenance services for industrial equipment - pumps, gearboxes, motors, generators.
This will be a new business focused role, where the candidate will work remotely and plan their own diary. They will be tasked to seek out new business and manage existing accounts through face-to-face meetings.
Responsibilities
1. Maximise sales opportunities
2. Cover the UK
3. 50% new business and 50% account management
4. Meeting clients face to face
5. Generate new potential leads
6. Running full sales cycles
7. Planning your own diary
8. Update CRM and manage sales pipeline
9. Provide technical advice to customers
10. Prepare and present sales forecasts & reports
Skills/Experience Required
1. You must have experience with pumps or closely related rotating equipment
2. 3+ years' experience in B2B field sales
3. Strong engineering knowledge (mechanical and electrical)
4. Solution based selling skills
5. A clean and valid driver's license
6. Hunter mentality
7. Strong presentation skills
8. Brilliant time management
9. Strong negotiation skills
