The Role: This is a stand-alone marketing role embedded within the wider commercial department, giving you the autonomy to shape, own, and execute the marketing strategy across the business. While you won’t directly manage the broader marketing function, you’ll collaborate closely with them on key initiatives, alongside trusted agency partners, to ensure activity aligns with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead a localised marketing strategy in alignment with global brand guidelines and divisional objectives. Engage with commercial and technical teams to co-create strategy that reflects market needs, customer insight, and business development goals. Plan and execute campaigns, both Digital and Traditional ensuring lead generation. Manage agency relationships and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activity. Act as the local CRM champion (Salesforce experience a bonus), Accurately track performance and report results Leverage market research and competitor analysis to shape content and messaging strategy. Maintain brand integrity and ensure all activity aligns with guidelines and compliance standards. Stay current on emerging trends in digital and B2B marketing, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve performance. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a senior marketing role. Strong B2B experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction or a technical/industrial setting. Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) Experience Coordinating external agencies Excellent communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently but ensure visibility to the wider stakeholder pool.
