Position: Customer Service Advisor (Direct Debit)
Salary: £12.05 per hour / £25,064 per annum - £30,000 OTE
Contract: Permanent
Based: Glasgow (Our head office)
Working: Monday to Friday (Office hours)

Required Experience:
* Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable.
* A proven record in upselling products with existing customers.
* Strong negotiation and sales skills.
* Ability to work both as a team and as an individual.
* Ability to work towards office targets and KPI's.
* The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively.
* Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
