Practice Education are looking to recruit a business administration apprentice to support the team in the provision of a high-quality education service to the Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and organisational skills. This role is the perfect entry point to administration within the NHS, the successful candidate will complete a fully funded Business Administration level 3 qualification alongside their role in the department. You will develop the skills required to work in an office setting, working in a friendly and supportive environment, with 1 day a week given towards academic study.
The Apprenticeship programme will be delivered by our external NHS approved training provider. You will take part in interactive workshops and be assigned a tutor to support you throughout the programme as well as receiving support from the MKUH Apprenticeship Team. You will embed your learning in your day-to-day role.

To be successful with your application, you must comply with Government funding rules that apply to all Apprenticeships. Therefore, please only apply to this post if all the following apply:
* You have lived in the UK or EEA for at least the past 3 years
* You are not currently in full-time education
* You are 16 years old or over
* Your prior studies are not equal to, or superior to, the Apprenticeship course noted within this vacancy*
* You have passed Maths and English (c/4 and above) or equivalent and have certificates for these.
Please bring your Maths and English certificates with you to the interview, should you be invited. *Please note, this relates to courses that cover the same areas of learning. For example, you should not apply for this Apprenticeship if you have a degree in Business Administration.
This role is a fixed-term contract of 17 months. For the first 12 months of the apprenticeship, you will be paid the national apprentice wage. From month 13 to the end of the contract, you will receive the national pay versus your age.
