What you’ll do:
We are looking for a passionate individual, to deliver and organise training, workshops, and blended learning activities to enable learners to achieve all learning outcomes on the Health & Social Care route whilst meeting requirements of awarding organisations, Welsh Government, Estyn Common Inspection Framework and ACT.
The role is field based and will require the Assessor to deliver across routes, however, the trainer will be directly line managed by the Health & Social Care Route Manager.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
What we need from you:
Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector
Min. Level 3 occupational qualification or equivalent (in Health & Social Care)
A Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Passionate about training/learning with strong creativity
Ability to develop others
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Assessor qualification (or willingness to complete)
