Head of Growth Marketing | £90–£110k + Bonus | Hybrid (1 day/week in office or 2 day fortnightly)

The business is shifting away from traditional, manual routes to market and moving toward a more strategic, performance-driven model. Under new leadership, they’re focused on building a high-performing marketing function that delivers measurable impact.
They’re now hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to take full ownership of customer acquisition across all digital channels.

* Agency management: Oversee key external partners, particularly media buying agencies, to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery.
* Full-funnel ownership: Optimise performance across the entire customer journey, from awareness through to conversion—improving each stage of the funnel.
* Analytics and experimentation: Use data to refine performance and build a strong test-and-learn culture across the team.
What they’re looking for:
* 10+ years in digital or growth marketing—ideally within a regulated or high-trust industry (e.g., SaaS, EdTech, utilities, health, financial services or consumer services)
* Deep experience across paid performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO)
* Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc., to drive decisions
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and commercial teams
* Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth through digital marketing
