As a Workplace Experience Manager at Sodexo in Gresham Street, you are a visionary leader and an advocate for innovation in facilities management. You’ll be the face of Sodexo for key business units, ensuring our services are delivered with excellence and always looking to optimise performance. Your role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team, managing assets to ensure they are safe, legally compliant, and fit for business, and driving the adoption of best practices to exceed client expectations.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional FM services in line with the Sodexo contract.
2. Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the site, driving innovation and best practices.
3. Oversee asset compliance and safety, ensuring they meet legal and business standards.
4. Collaborate with senior customers to align services with evolving business needs.
5. Manage site-based emergencies and business continuity processes effectively.
