Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a HR Advisor to join one of our prestigious law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. With offices in London, Leeds, Birmingham, and Colchester, our client provides top-tier legal services across the UK. Recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK, they specialise in banking, construction, commercial litigation, corporate, employment, projects, and property.
This role offers a chance to provide comprehensive HR support, manage payroll, and engage in diverse HR activities. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and team-oriented, with a passion for HR.
Responsibilities:
1. Support internal client groups and advise on employee relations issues.
2. Monitor and manage absence issues.
3. Assist in job description creation and interviews.
4. Ensure learning and development opportunities.
5. Manage payroll processes and administer the pension scheme.
6. Produce statistical reports and conduct Gender Pay Gap reporting.
7. Lead the Firm's wellness programme and support CSR projects.
8. Manage the Firm's 'Pathways to Law' partnership.
9. Assist with salary review, bonus rounds, and Trainee recruitment.
10. Participate in disciplinary investigations and hearings.
11. Undertake project work and other generalist HR services as required.
