The focus of the Bellrock’s Accounts Receivable Team is to ensure and secure revenue through the dedicated billing process. This process consists of generating invoices and delivering them to customers via emails, customer portals, etc., all within strict given SLAs to ensure a smooth month-end process.
How will you be the change?
We believe every role is essential to providing peace of mind for our customers. As a Customer Service Data Analyst with Bellrock, you’ll:
* Collect, clean, and organize maintenance-related data from various sources, including work orders, asset performance logs, and IoT systems.
* Analyze maintenance trends, failure rates, and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into maintenance performance.
* Conduct root cause analysis on recurring maintenance issues and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
* Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance and track progress against targets.
* Support predictive maintenance initiatives by leveraging historical data and machine learning techniques to forecast equipment failures.
* Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP 2 days and the rest can be worked from home 9-5pm.
