SEN TEACHER
Egham Park is a small independent alternative provision catering for 11-16 year olds.
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic committed Practitioner to lead and support a small group of pupils working towards EHCP outcomes.
The teacher will be responsible for:
· Teaching/supporting individual curriculums
· Taking responsibility for pupils progress
· Maintaining high, but flexible expectations of behaviour
· Planning individual lessons and creative schemes of work
· Ongoing assessment of pupils learning
· Motivating, supporting and inspiring pupils
· Provide termly reports
· Continuously reassess and adapt to meet individuals needs
· Develop good relationships with pupils, parents/carers, professional and colleagues
