You will support the General Manager in all operational running aspects of the cinema from delivery of all business KPIs to ad-hoc project work and assuming the role of duty manager when needed. You will motivate and impassion the cinema customer service teams to deliver against sales & performance targets, ensuring the venue is kept to Picturehouses high standards and of course deliver only the best end-to-end customer experience You will help create a fun & inclusive work environment where your colleagues are able thrive and grow within their roles. You will help improve the cinema's commercial operations through controllable P/L, petty cash expenditure, minimizing risk of losses through stock loss, and maximise on-site revenue opportunities. About you You have experience supervising small teams within customer-facing industries that align closely to the cinema, such as hospitality and retail. This will include setting expectations, driving new sales initiatives and helping them strive for performance excellence. You DON’T need cinema experience but having a passion for movies, the world of entertainment and the arts will go a long way You must be happy working at key business times, which includes some evenings and weekends dependant on film programming, new releases and on-site events.
