About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity to develop and motivate a team of Customer Team Members, ensuring excellent customer service and store operations. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and supervising your team, deputising for the Store Manager, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive store environment
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintaining high standards of store appearance, safety, and compliance with regulations
* Supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and introducing new products and services
* Fostering strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community partners
