CNC Programmer

The Company
Our client is a leader in precision engineering, supporting industries like Formula 1, Aerospace, and Oil & Gas. As they expand to meet increasing demands, we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program one-off and small batch machined components using Autodesk Powermill.
* Operate HAAS, HOMAG, and Belotti machining centres.
* Collaborate with the Senior Production Engineer to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Work with a variety of materials while adhering to high tolerance standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Experience with Autodesk Powermill or similar software is essential.
* Familiarity with high tolerance components, particularly in F1 or aerospace industries.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Working Hours:
* Standard 38.5 hours per week.
* Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:15
* Friday: 07:45 - 14:45
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
* Time-served CNC Programmer with a passion for engineering.
* Formal apprenticeship is desirable but not mandatory.
* Essential knowledge of Autodesk Powermill or similar software.
