* Dedicated 1:1 Support: Every student receives 1:1 support, with dedicated assistants who work closely with the class teacher and provide personalized tutoring based on individual needs.

What You'll Do:
* Support learners in a variety of classroom settings.
* Assist the class teacher with daily routines and activities.
* Create a positive and encouraging environment for our learners.
* Work alongside our 1:1 support staff.
Ideal Candidates:
* Have a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
* Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting our learners.
* Have experience working with children with SEN or have a personal connection to SEN (such as a family member with special needs).
