The role.
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Administrator to join this company for a temporary placement. This role is based on the outskirts of Ipswich and offers a great opportunity to work within a dynamic finance team, using your accounting skills to support their daily operations.
Your day-to-day duties include;
Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve financial queries.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in using SAGE accounting software is essential for this position, alongside a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
You should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are important, as you will be working with various stakeholders. Lastly, the ability to handle confidential information with integrity is crucial.
