You will be supported through a 4 to 6-week structured induction process to support integration to the team and Trust.

You will develop the clinical pharmacy service to our clinical wards and will have an opportunity to develop your own area of specialist ensuring the safe, clinical and cost-effective use of medicines.
You will effectively communicate with the pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to provide quality care, education, clinical supervision and mentoring. You will contribute to clinical pharmacy audit and practice research.
You will support with operational management of the team, service delivery and planning to your specialist area.
You will ensure all aspects of clinical governance and medicines management meet local Trust standards in your clinical area.
You will assist the Pharmacist Clinical Team Manager and Pharmacy Leadership Team to recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maximise performance and delivery of service objectives and priorities.
