About the Role:
Argentex Institutional is the leading institutional FX division in Europe. We currently work with some of the most established investment firms across EMEA, providing them with tailored fx and banking solutions.
Argentex Institutional is hiring highly motivated professionals for its sales team to drive business growth - with a focus on the acquisition of new institutional FX clients. You will be joining an experienced team early on in its growth trajectory.
The team is looking to grow by adding driven high-performers who can help to lead and develop a high-performing unit.
You will be selling FX solutions to investment firms, aided by cross-selling of our alternative-banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in the sector including a high-level understanding of the FX market, different products and sales skills
* Train and mentor mid-level / junior sales to develop the same skills
* Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients – private equity firms, venture capital firms, real estate firms and other investment companies
* Implement sophisticated sales strategies and convert new business opportunities
* Distinguish yourself and the business by delivering bespoke FX solutions to a sophisticated client base
* Deliver high value clients and meaningful new business revenue
Who are we looking for?
* Experience mentoring individuals and/or leading teams
* High-performing and thrives under pressure
* High-level understanding of investment firms and the wider institutional market
* Experience selling to the institutional market
* Proven ability to drive new business revenue and exceed targets
