There is currently an exciting opportunity in Criminal Justice as a Team Leader working in the File Admin Support Team. The role of a Team Leader is an interesting and varied job within a supportive environment within the Criminal Justice Department. In this role, you will lead and manage the day-to-day line management of the Administration team to ensure the department functions efficiently and effectively; managing and monitoring workloads and the compliance of Policies, Procedures, and legislation. You will be required to develop and maintain strong working relationships within Criminal Justice Partners to ensure the highest possible quality of service is provided to victims, witnesses, and members of the public.
You will have a good standard of education including excellent numeric and literacy skills, with previous experience in a supervisory role within a customer-focused environment. Experience of analyzing and managing performance, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, is considered essential, together with proven time management and organizational skills. Previous experience of working in a team and problem-solving with minimal referral to management is required, along with negotiation and influencing skills. You will have intermediate experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), together with a full driving license, as the capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly.
