About the Role:
Yes, there’s plenty of washing up – but there’s also plenty of prep, real cooking, and the chance to be involved in service. You’ll be an important part of the kitchen brigade, helping to keep things running smoothly while learning the foundations of working in a professional, scratch-cook kitchen.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Helping prepare fresh ingredients for our menus – peeling, chopping, portioning
2. Supporting chefs during service with plating and prep tasks
3. Keeping the kitchen spotless – washing pots, pans, utensils and more
4. Looking after deliveries and keeping food storage areas clean and organised
5. End-of-day cleaning and equipment care
6. Disposing of kitchen waste properly and safely
Who We’re Looking For:
1. No experience necessary – just a can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved
2. Someone who’s reliable, energetic, and happy to be part of a team
3. Comfortable with flexible hours, especially during our busy wedding season
