Are you currently working as a Lettings Manager or Branch Director in central or north or north west London and looking for a new challenge?
We are looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Property Professional who has proven success in Residential Lettings in the London area – in particular central and north west London.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of managing sales and lettings teams as well as social housing experience.
This is a new role to run an existing small team (and build it up) and it will attract an OTE of £100,000 + pa plus for achieving the above level of business, with a good basic salary.

Over the last 30 years in the industry, we have gained extensive knowledge and experience in the property market, enabling us to be a provider of an expanding portfolio and offer exclusive rental guarantee schemes as well as maximising the income on our own property portfolio.

Role Description
Your role is to build the team and lead the Group’s property business development operation.
This is the acquisition of new properties for our social housing portfolio (Housing Enterprise Solutions [HES]), as well as build, lead and manage Chase De Vani, our Sales and Lettings agency.
Housing Enterprise Solutions (HES)
Our expectations are that you can build this up to 25 new properties per quarter by generating business yourself, building up and leading the team, engaging with new local authorities across Greater London (above and beyond the ones we already have over a decade of experience with).
Build from 1 lettings negotiator currently to 2 within 18 months to 2 years, to achieve fee income in excess of six figures a year.
Who would succeed?
Are you a Senior Lettings Manager or Branch Director with exceptional selling and negotiation skills as well as a proven track record of success in Listing Properties and Winning Instructions?
You may be an experienced branch manager for a leading estate agency brand looking to grow your career in an established and growing property group, or you have experience with a housing association or local authority in sourcing properties with team supervision experience looking to take the next step.
Either way, you will be hungry for success!
Do you have an impressive black book of contacts and excellent networking skills?

In return for hard work and high performance, you will be rewarded with an outstanding commission package per deal and overrides plus quarterly bonuses.
