As HR Partner, reporting to the Senior HR Partner, you will: Be first HR point of contact for ER advice From creating job descriptions to delivering a motivating induction, you will play an important role in ensuring the right people are recruited and are set up for success in the organisation Advise and guide on HR policy and best practice Review the Employee Handbook, HR policies, procedures and guidance in line with legislative changes and good practice, when necessary Coach and develop line managers on HR issues and best practice, supporting them in handling complex and sensitive casework Produce monthly/quarterly MI reports The successful candidate will be: Degree educated and MCIPD qualified A skilled and well experienced HR Generalist Flexible and adaptable to change Enjoy working with a degree of autonomy and minimal supervision Produce analytical reports to support decision making Provide HR expertise to implementing innovative solutions Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across organisation Confident with your IT skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems
