Are you experienced within Possession Management with strong Management experience?
TES 2000 has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety company as an On-Call Manager within our brand new Possession Management Department in Sussex.
As our On-Call Manager, you will be the named resource covering all periods of our out of hours for a newly established team of rail professionals, to manage requirements associated with the new contract for the Sussex region. This role is integral to the success of our new contract with Network Rail. Please note, prior experience within Possession Management frameworks is essential.

About You
The ideal On-Call Manager will:
1. Hold the following competencies: (S)PICOP, SSOW
2. Have in-depth knowledge of Network Rail rules and regulations
3. Have in-depth knowledge of possession requirements/frameworks
4. Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively during out-of-hours
5. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Understand risk management
7. Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
The On-Call Manager's typical day will include:
1. Be the named resource covering all periods of out of hours, including weekends (17:00 Friday to 09:00 Monday) and midweek nights (17:00 to 09:00). Work to On Call Roster.
2. Maintain an on-call log for review as part of the contract review process
3. Make nightly calls to all staff a few hours before shift to confirm their location, tasks, and ensure they have the correct packs
4. Conduct audits, site visits, equipment drops, and maintain time sheets to ensure accurate recording of operational hours
5. Offer support and guidance as required to ensure safety and efficiency on site
