Job Description
Duties and tasks of the Finance Assistant:
* Collating invoices from multisite locations
* Processing invoices, nominal coding and matching to delivery notes
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Reconciling invoices to different departments
* Processing and tracking expenses
* Preparation and processing of payment runs
* Handling supplier queries and resolving them
* Cash, credit card and direct debit reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Finance Assistant, you will have:
* An understanding of debits and credits
* Sales ledger and purchase ledger experience
* Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel
