We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a reputable land and property professionals.
Responsibilities of the Practice Manager
Supervise the accounts department and monitor cash flow and debtors.
Produce financial reports and budgets.
Oversee insurance requirements of the business.
Maintain personnel records, dealing with the administration of holidays and sick leave.
Manage the firm's offices including waste disposal, office equipment and utilities.
Manage internal audits and ensure compliance to ISO9001.
Arranging and minuting partners and other management meetings.
Requirements for a Successful Practice Manager
Several years' experience as a Practice Manager within the legal and professional services sector previously.
Experience minute-taking.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
