About the Role: A rewarding opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have SEN, ASD, or SEMH needs, supporting them in their academic and social lives. This role requires an approachable and passionate individual with experience working with challenging behaviours. Patience and empathy are essential qualities. You should be able to work under pressure and react quickly to situations as they arise.
Responsibilities:
1. Support young people who exhibit challenging behaviour.
2. Act as a strong positive role model.
3. Work collaboratively with a supportive team.
4. Provide guidance and resources to help students succeed.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with challenging behaviours.
2. Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
3. Ability to commute to Enfield.
