WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
1. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
2. Meets and visits the customer regularly.
3. Develops and implements strategic account plans to drive client success and maximize retention.
4. Collaborates with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
5. Supports other team members to build excellent relations with their according counterparts on customer side.
6. Proactively identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
7. Monitors client satisfaction and gathers feedback to continually improve our offerings and enhance the customer experience.
8. Resolves client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, serving as an advocate for the client within the organization.
9. Tracks and reports on key performance metrics, including client retention rates, satisfaction scores, and revenue growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
10. Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
11. 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
12. Strong command of the English language
13. Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
14. Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
15. Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
16. Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
17. Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
18. Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential
19. Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
