This innovative organisation designs, builds, and operates Solar PV and Wind Turbine systems across the UK, leveraging an in-house team of experts to deliver sustainable energy solutions.
Your New Role
As an Electrical Operations & Maintenance Engineer, you will perform planned and reactive maintenance across renewable energy sites, ensuring optimal system performance. Your responsibilities will include fault identification and resolution, monitoring sites via online portals on a rota basis, including weekend cover, and maintaining accurate daily job reports. You will provide actionable feedback to enhance site performance and contribute to the smooth operation of renewable energy assets.
Your Background
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working on commercial PV systems and demonstrate a methodical and process-focused approach. Strong communication, organisational skills, and computer literacy are essential, as is a valid UK driving license. Flexibility for travel and occasional evening or weekend work is required. Experience with inverter manufacturer training, CAD, and communication setup/configuration will be advantageous.
