Claims Supply Chain Procurement Lead - London Market Salary circa £80,000 (Depending on experience) "Aviva is seeking a highly experienced Claims Supply Chain Procurement Lead to join our team in the Lloyd's insurance London market. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in claim s supply chain procurement and management within the insurance sector, particularly in the Lloyd's and London market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage supply chains across various international territories and insurance classes, including Property, Casualty and Specialty." Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage an international supplier network to support the Aviva & Probitas claims team and the growth of Aviva GCS business. Manage end-to-end sourcing, due diligence, procurement, and contracting of suppliers and service providers. Collaborate with claims brokers and stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations and compliance with Lloyd's market regulations. Deliver performance metrics and reporting both internally and externally, while identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks. Stay updated on the Lloyd's/London market framework and maintain key contacts within the Lloyd's market. Qualifications: Business qualification and/or MCIPs preferred. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience in supply chain management within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of Lloyd's market operations and regulations. Proven track record of managing complex supply chains. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
