What will the Credit Control Manager role involve?
1. Hold responsibility for the companies collections strategy, including improving processes & efficiencies when required;
2. Data analysis to identify trends and issues, enabling proactive decision making;
3. Daily management & development of a small credit control team;
4. Support to ensure timely payments and bed debt exposure;
5. Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth debts collection.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control Manager vacancy:
1. The ideal candidate will have experience operating as a Credit Control Manager;
2. B2C collections knowledge is beneficial;
3. Previous team management experience is also required.
