Your new company Your new role You will work within the Property Services and Housing Teams and support in making an effective contribution to the delivery of Property Management / Housing Management, which includes void management, tenancy management, estate management and tenancy engagement. This will include: Carrying out change of tenancy inspections, issuing necessary works and ensuring works are completed in line with the Association's Policies and Procedures. Assisting the Head of Housing to develop bespoke neighbourhood Action capturing and responding to customer feedback and profiling information through a range of and supporting customer involvement and engagement in out Tenancy Audits to ensure the efficient management of the Association's housing stockIdentifying and taking appropriate action on potential cases of ASB in line with the Association's Policies and Procedures to ensure neighbourhood responsibility for Estate Management of Schemes, liaising closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure all identified issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you must possess: At least 5 GCSE passes (including Maths and English) at Grade C or above or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years' previous relevant experience in Housing Management / Property Management. You should also have a working knowledge / experience of: Tenancy Management and Estate systems, practices and MS Office suite of computer applications, in particular Word and Reform and potential impact on engagement tools and techniques.
