An excellent opportunity has arisen for a PA & Office Manager to join our Housing Partnerships NW team based in Bolton. The main purpose of the role is to work closely with and provide full administrative support to the Managing Director and support the Development Director when required.

What You’ll Do
* Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
* Organise and arrange personal issues etc.
* Provide general administrative support including: typing letters, minutes, reports, memos, speeches, preparing presentations, updating spreadsheets/databases, copying, binding, shredding, filing etc.
* Manage and maintain the diary including arranging meetings/seminars/training events both internal and external, as and when required
* Screen phone calls/visitors to meet with the availability/demands of the Managing Director workload
* Liaise with professional contacts at all levels on behalf of the Director
* Book/organise meeting rooms, accommodation and travel when requested
* Filter and file emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print emails/attachments as required
* Assist with location/desk allocation of staff around the office as and when changes are needed
* Provide office inductions for all staff
* Assist managing the Housing Admin mailbox with any ad hoc administration queries
* Help organise and support events
Have You Got What It Takes
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must have interpersonal skills and be professional, positive and customer focused
* Work must be accurate, attention to detail and take pride in work
* Be proficient in several Microsoft software packages such as (but not limited to) Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Be extremely organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods
* Must be reliable and trustworthy
* Be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
* Must be flexible
